GQA recently went through the Investors in People re-assessment process and are pleased to communicate that we have retained recognition.
IiP Assessor, Louise Barlow, reported:
There is no doubt that Glass Qualifications Authority Ltd (GQA) is operating in the true spirit of
an Investor in People. It has taken a strategic and inclusive approach to addressing the
challenges that lie ahead and has ensured that together, all staff and Directors have contributed
to this process. This, together with an effective and open approach to internal communication
has ensured that all staff fully understands and support its business strategy and are committed
to GQA’s challenging, yet exciting future. Having carried out the assessment process rigorously
and in accordance with the guidance for Assessors by Investors in People UK, I am satisfied
that Glass Qualifications Authority Ltd meets the requirements of the Investors in People
Standard. I am therefore pleased to recommend that Glass Qualifications Authority Ltd should
continue to be Recognised as an Investor in People.
