As part of the Vocational College’s continued commitment to staff competencies and CPD, members of the Glass & Glazing department have embarked on a series of training and qualifications relating to Health and Safety.
The Vocational College is a registered centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and Ged McCarthy of the Glass & Glazing Department is now a registered trainer with CIEH and is delivering the qualifications in-house.
Paul Gray, Delivery Performance Manager for the Glass & Glazing Department said,” CPD is important for our staff, and it is encouraging to know we can deliver Health and Safety programmes in-house, it is part of a forward facing culture of the Vocational College.”
