The Masterfitter competition, held at Telford’s International Centre as part of the FiT Show 2014 managed by GQA Qualifications was again a fantastic spectacle as 8 finalists were put through their paces in a series of disciplines by Assessors from GQA Approved Centres over the 2 days.
The final results were revealed at the impressive FiT Show Gala Dinner with Master of Ceremonies and FiT Show Managing Director, Paul Godwin announced the top 3 with third place going to last year’s winner Arron Clegg of Eco-Sash, taking away £2000 for his efforts. Runner-up was Steve Price and Terry Griffin of Conwy Windows who took home a cheque for £3000 and walking away with a cash prize of £5000 and the title of Masterfitter 2014 was Paul Casbolt and Karl Kinsey of Yes Glazing Solutions.
