Family run business Classic Windows of Dronfield have taken training and qualifications to heart by putting all of their employees through a training programme with IVS Training and Assessment, one of GQA’s approved centres.
With over 30 years of trading behind them owner of Classic Windows David England was keen to point out that they had outlived the life of their 10 year product guarantees three times over; and critical to their on-going success was quality of installation.
They were delighted to sign up with IVS to put not only their latest installer recruits through a formal training process, but also their time served experienced ones as well.
“It is good to invest in our employees and it has made a big difference to moral, it will be good to change our advertising to state that we have a fully qualified workforce”.
“What’s more it is not only our installers who now have qualifications, but our warehouse and manufacturing teams as well”.
